How to use push-up tubes: 
1. Remove the lid and push up gently from bottom of tube to expose 1-2mm of deodorant. If pushed too far just firmly tap the base of the tube on a table to push it back. 
2. Hold it for few seconds in your dry underarm to warm the product, then apply with light hands to your dry underarm & other sweaty areas.  Rub your arms together to spread evenly.                               
3. If the tube is stuck first time, firmly roll the tube back & forth on a flat surface to loosen, then push up from the bottom of tube. On a cold day, hold the deodorant to your skin for a moment to warm it slightly first to soften the contents.
